PIWC Tesano on Saturday, June 7, 2025, hosted the maiden edition of the Husbands’ Mentoring Conclave at the Charleston Hotel, Tesano. The event brought together over 50 husbands and prospective husbands for a morning of learning, reflection, and encouragement.
Theme: Leading with Love – Building Stronger Homes through Godly Husbands
With a focus on godly leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual responsibility, the conclave addressed critical aspects of being a husband in today’s world. The theme set the tone for the entire gathering, providing a framework for practical and faith-based conversations around love and leadership in the home.
Characterised by insightful speakers and in-depth discussions
Participants were blessed with thought-provoking sessions delivered by experienced ministers and professionals, including:
Ps. Benedict Eghan – Resident Minister, PIWC Tesano
Aps. Fianko Larbi – Resident Minister, PIWC Sakumono
Aps. Prof. Peter Ohene-Kyei (Rtd.) – Former Rector of Pentecost University
Prof. Anthony Amoah – Academic and Family Life Advocate

Each session tackled real-life issues such as loving leadership, communication, financial management, spiritual authority, and vulnerability in marriage. These were complemented by brief prayer sessions, allowing attendees to process the insights prayerfully and intentionally.
A Platform for Growth
The event provided a safe and supportive space for men to share, ask questions, and strengthen one another. Many shared how the conclave helped them reflect on their roles at home and re-align with biblical values.
“This wasn’t just a seminar. It felt like a divine appointment. I left with clarity, courage, and tools to become a better husband and leader.” – A participant shared.
